TROY MORTENSEN, RCDD - President
Troy has over 15 years of experience in the field of communications cabling
infrastructures. He has been heavily involved with fiber-optics, UTP,
network hardware, telephone systems and other data communications products,
procedures and installations. Troy’s experience in the contractor
industry gives System Tech a greater understanding of construction procedures
and helps meet the customer’s needs more precisely. His business
development and corporate management skills have helped System Tech become
one of the largest structured cabling companies in Idaho.

SCOTT CHANDLER, RCDD – Design,
Management & Estimation
Scott is an experienced technician, foreman, and designer in the cabling
industry. With over 14 years of experience, training and certification
Scott is an established asset to System Tech's management team. Scott
has been instrumental in the long-term relationships that System Tech
strives to create with all of their customers. Scott is certified in Avaya,
Ortronics, Corning, Panduit, Leviton and more.
DOUG
MCCLEERY, RCDD – Design, Estimation, Management
Doug has experience of over 13 years in the telecommunications field,
showing ability to clearly see industry directions, discern solid architecture
from technical hype, and apply the technology in a way that increases
shareholder value. Experiences in the industry include operations, programming
and development; systems design engineering, project management and systems
integration. Through these experiences he has gained valuable skills in
dealing with people on all sides of the information technology equation.
He has gained skill in marketing ideas, providing service and relating
technical information to experienced as well as non-experienced end users.
R. JAREN LAYTON – Project Manager – Eastern Idaho, Wyoming
Jaren’s involvement in the industry ranges from basic network installations
and project management to design and consulting. As an experienced technician and project manager
of 7 years, Jaren’s skills help him manage projects and installations
across Eastern Idaho. Trained in copper, fiber-optic, and inside/outside
plant cabling, Jaren is able to oversee timely installations of any cabling
system. Jaren is a BICSI Registered Technician and holds certifications
from companies such as Avaya and Krone.
JOHN KAREL, RCDD– Account Manager – Design, Estimation, Management
Rt.
MARK MEUSER - Telephone System Specialist
Mark joins System tech with 23 years of experience in voice and data communications. Experience with the management of projects that extends throughout the lower 48 states. National accounts that cover multiple locations such as HealthSouth to local corporations like HP, the Idaho National Guard, State of Idaho, City of Boise and The Idaho Center. Mark is experienced in the design and implemination of communicaiton solutions for the business community.

AFFLECK – On Staff
Accountant
Jared oversees our office staff and ensures our customers receive accurate
and timely invoices. His knowledge of the financial realm, allows System
Tech to cut overhead ensuring our customers receive the lowest costs possible.
Our office staff also provides quick response in dispatch, estimation
and general customer service. We are equipped to bring great management
to all projects whether they are small service calls or large construction.
CERTIFIED
TECHNICIANS
System Tech has more than 40 technicians that have been trained and certified
in many of today’s most advanced installation procedures. Our foremen
and lead technicians have been involved in overseeing a number of larger
projects as well as handling current customer’s moves, adds, and
changes (MAC’s). They have extensive experience in fiber-optic termination
and splicing, network cabling, design, outside plant technology, telephone
systems, alarm systems and coaxial cabling. They are professional, courteous
and have a comprehensive understanding of the TIA/EIA and IEEE standards.
